My temperature sensor shows the following:
20 degrees Celsius-37300 oh
40     "          "      16200 oh
60     "          "        7700 oh
80     "          "        3800 oh
90     "          "        2800 oh.
What is the correct file (hexpatch) should I use?

Best regards!

That shows a very high resistance, theres no current patch available, IIRC when we did a Ford CVH we ended up replacing the Water temp sensor.

It might be possible for someone to make a hexpatch for you, I'll see if I can find someone to help.

this is just a shot in the dark, but is it possible that the measurement scale is off by .1?  for example 40 degrees could be 1,620? what temp do you get on the screen?

No, it looks more like Ford NTC. Other solution can be changing base resistor inside ECU to something 10x more resistance.
