944 turbo, 132+1, no fuel / injector wont open?

Hi!
Looks to me like injectors wont open. Dont have a scope, but i read 12V on inj connector cable, "test" from vemstune drops to approx 1.5V, so it looks like VEMS shorts / grounds the circut, as it is supposed to(?)
Batt shows approx 10V while cranking, problem?
Brand new Siemens Deka's 8300CC HighZ's (Originals, not China replicaas)
How should i configure vems for batch fire injectors?

Hi me!

So, this was a beginner error. Fused the flyback, fuse blown. Still measured 12V at the inj, but i guess its not flowing enough amp to run the injectors.
Remove fuse - as stated in manuals, runs fine now :)
