HEllo all I'm after some advice please

I've wired up electric fan Control through p259 channel 7 pin 30
I can get it to work on the test outputs

But when I adjust the enable temperature to test it's function the fan kicks in and out for a second at a time continously 

Any ideas?

maybe there is some channel conflict
