MAX9926 VR conditioner

I have a VEMS 3.3 version and am using it on a 1999 Lexus 1UZFE VVTi. I am thinking of using the VR Conditioner board from the speeduino based on the MAX9926 chip https://speeduino.com/wiki/index.php/VR_conditioner to input the two CAM position signals from the 1UZFE VVTi and sending the signal into the SCL and SDA Pins of the VEMS.
