Hi I'm Jose Carlos

My car is a Fiat Palio 1600cc 4 cylinder twin cam 16valves NA
Exhaust header: 4 to 1
cylinder head is under development
stock cams - just for now
stock plenum with 58mm TB - in a little future with ITBs 45mm and special cams, i love atmo engines
60-2 trigger wheel VR sensor
wasted spark 1-4 2-3 firing order is 1342
4 injectors high impedance (14,5 Ohm)

At the moment i use another stand alone ecu on my car but is hard to tune without a wideband sensor so i buy a Wideband lamda sensor controller and display with internal EGT amplifier and display from the webshop. I hope this help me to tune  :)
Also i would like in a future to try with a VEMS ecu and share my project with yours.

Cheers!

Hi, and welcome, your project sounds interesting as that is not a car I'm aware of.

 Hi Rob, thanks for the welcome, I will put later some pictures of my car and engine.

I was thinking about the GenBoard v3.3 (not assembled) and have some doubts that I would like to clarify.

* GenBoard v3.3
("comes with 16 SMB diodes mounted at the flyback section" but i prefer the
30V transient diode. My question is: the GenBoard v3.3 have yet the 30v transient diode?

Then I would need:

* two IGBTs for my coil pack (it doesn't have internal drivers)
* four FETs FQPF20N06L (injectors) or should i get 8 FETs?
* one FET FQPF20N06L (WBO2)
* idle motor stepper driver
* Econoseals PCBs connectors and wire side

Maybe is not a good idea to get an unassembled unit because this is my first time with VEMS.
What do you think?

Thank you all guys
