I'm not sure, and because your never actually getting out of the cranking phase I'm not even sure that its going to be effecting the fuelling.  One possibility is the after start enrichment is kicking in.

this only happens when I lower the cranking value to say 800rpm when the engine is running and then pretty quickly the engine stumbles and stalls (appreciate that I should have included this earlier to give it context).

Iââ,¬â,,¢ll try your suggestions around alternate banks whist cranking and see what happens, if the issue continues Iââ,¬â,,¢ll get it to 80degrees and set the warm up values to 100 to see if it eliminates the issue. Will log both and see what happens.

got it running at last after messing about with the settings, resulted to batch fire replicating the figures I had when I got it going on cranking.

much happier now that it's on the VE Table and I can start tuning it.

I'll have to mess about with the cranking figures to get it going from cold.
