Wiring new 20x4 LCD's from VEMS shop?

This is something completely different... It has 2 connectors with 16pins... Did anybody connected this one?

IÃ,´ve gotten a lcd like that to work.
canÃ,´t remember what directions it was but it worked perfect.

It seems that both connectors are the same... Why did they put 2? Maybe for orientation in installation... Anyway, connected it and will see today if it works...
