afr reading - 10:1 not running ???

hi rob/guys
ive notciced that after the lambda warms up with the car not running the afr is 10:1 im sure it is ment to be 20:1, ive changed the lambda settings by accendent but cant remember the old settings can any one post the correct settings?
also ive even cleaned the lambda with carb cleaner to get the soot off as i thought maybe that was the cause, but no change!
any one able to shed some light on this???

Wasnt this the same problem as you had when the two red wires were the wrong way round.

Its not a good idea to spray anything liquid on those sensors :(  Too much fuel kills them and god knows what carb cleaner would do to it...
