hi all, i'm looking at getting a new laptop as the mouse button and the ps2 port are not working on mine,

does megatune work on linux as the asus eee solidstate laptop runs linux. also I would need to get an rs232 adapter what is the better one get with regard to working with vems.

MegaTunix is the linux offering as I understand it - I know nothing about it though so its best to hit the wiki and do a search.

Regarding RS232 I've never had a problem with the EasySync adaptors.  That ASUS solid state job looks outstanding for the price of it, but I'm seeing so many laptops at 299 these days that I'd go for one of those myself.
