2" V Band Clamp Source?! & boost solenoid query

Hi everyone,
               
           I'm on the hunt for a 2" internal diameter V Band clamp with a 2.5" maximum radius at the outer edge of the "V" as it were. I have seen many at 2.5" internal and 3" external but none in the size I'm looking for. Has anyone any ideas where I could find one please?

I also now have a dual port actuator on my turbo and wondered what the best configuration with my VEMS boost solenoid will now be please?

the presure bleed line seen there,

i have this going to the secound port but as i said im my pm i have not tried it yet as im just running off the waste gate spring at min so dont know if it will work or not
