nono.....
I did attach the 5 ground pins (26,5,32,21,22)
but the strange thing is that when the connector is not connected I measure +12v at pin25 and good grounds at the ground pins, but when connected the voltage drops to 1,48v????

So when powered the voltage gets pulled down.

Fault looks to be on the board then

yeah but when I made the setup on the bench without the wiring in the car the board was OK and measured +5v at the output???
I will check this afternoon again in the car with only the ground pins and the +12v connected.

PROBLEM SOLVED ;D

The +12v feed from the main relay in the car lost some voltage when connected to vems.
This is the wire that is used as the +12v feed for the original ecu. This is very strange.
I changed this wire for another +12v feed when ignition is on and everything is OK now.
