Slow forum!?

Am i alone with this problem?
Sometimes this loads normally, but lately itÃ,´s been quite slow. Usually iÃ,´ll need to wait about 30-60 secs before page opens/loads.
ItÃ,´s frustrating to wait so long for a page to load.

Well it was really bad recently, and it turned out that one of the database servers was down.
I'm not sure if there is a problem now, I'll see what I can find out.

I've done some optimization, and its sharpened things up a bit, but theres no way of knowing what my host is doing with the database.
