so here we go with the install on my car:
first of all i am putting the ecu inside the orignal case, and using the orignal map sensor and as much of the wiring as possible.
so the first hurdle;
The fets, can they be off board? see
Picture for the orignal location on the case (they were on the pcb but the vems is 1/3 of the size of the old pcb) there was 6 in one bracket and 3 in the other.
Next my map sensor is connected to the rest of the 5v feeds, i notice on the vems there is a 2.7K resistor between the 5V out and the tps supply.
Right my switched inlets they are controlled by 2 solenoids (pneumatic) they switch at 3200 and 3800 (keeps low end torque high with the cams it has oe) can these be driven from p259 ch6 and ch7? i'll get a resistance measurement tomorrow.
also in the docs it say the injector flyback has to have a wire to the injector + supply, however i have the resistors befor the injectors will this be a problem? as i'll be to add a wire from the supply to the ecu.
