New ECU - Have spark on two cyl only out of 6 - BMW M20

I tryed to start the car yesterday and it only fires on two cyl out of 6.
Unit came with 1.1.70 firmware and used config from Mattias with some change to suit this engine.
Engine now fires only 1&6cyl all other cyl. dont have spark and it is using stock ignition system,single coil with rotor and cap,rotor and cap are fine since engine was running ok with stock ecu.
Ignition setting set to use 1 output on EC36-Pin35 and in Refference tooth table stand only 0.
Also,i managed to get calibration from WBO2 but i dont get any reading from it as i noticed when engine was running for some time....
This is my first time dealing with VemsTune so i`m still learning it.Do i orded injector outputs visual via firing order?

My injectors are connected:
cyl 1. ---- EC36pin7
cyl 2  ---- EC36pin8
cyl 3  ---- EC36pin9
cyl 4  ---- EC36pin18
cyl 5  ---- EC36pin19
cyl 6  ---- EC36pin20

I even tryed to get it back to 1.0.73 since my own car with same engine is running good with this firmware but had no luck with communicating with unit via .bat files....

I get it working by setting the outputs to 05..00 and selecting 5x EC36Pin35
i had trouble with reference tooth table,what ever i set i get error from VemsTune:  ".....needs to be set to follow next trigger tooth" or something like that,i`m not sure now...

Latest VemsTune makes a bad assumption about the trigger settings, you are using the correct settings. This will be fixed in future versions.
