Device serial number disapiered

device stays in boot mode and I can not upload firmware or anything? any sugestions?

Board is new, car was running couple hours then desided to change fw from 1.2.31 to 1.2.38 car started idled for minute or two and then stalled tried to start couple times and then the boot mode poped out and no serial number

seems your wiring is bit fucked up :) you can always ask for a new bootloader and then reinstall fw. but usually that happens from bad wiring or something
