v3.3 stays in bootloader mode!
« on: November 18, 2007, 11:02:18 am »
Hi guys!

I ordered VEMS board and connected it to computer on the desk to upgrade firmware. It didin't communicate with MT 1.0.36 ( though 1.0.38 flashed in factory) and tried with PSITuner. It recognized the board aying it doesn't have firmware and would I like to flash it. Clicked ok and chose 1.0.73. It did flash it and after the flash it said 1.0.73. But after restarting the board MT still didn't communicate with it and after starting PSITuner again it said the same thing about firmware!

Tried AVRProg 1.37 which recognized ATmega 128 fine and flashed it. Flashed it successfully but when verifying it popped up an error sayng "Expected 0x000, received 0x9bxx" or something. So could anyone tell me what is the problem? Is there some easy solution or do I have to send the board back to Hungary?

TIA, Peep Päädam

It doesn't matter if I put it into bootloader mode with shorting com pins, tried that already. It is in bootloader mode all the time...
