The rpm goes at the first crank at 2000rpm and hold it and then drop and i need to stabilize it with the throttle. If i give more throttle and put it back to around 2000rpm it start to buck around this rpm and it hold by it self and then drop,.. when the water temps goes up this issue disaper and all the other start during the day i dont have this issue. I made a log and a video(it wasnt that bad because the outside temps was around 20degC) .Thanks for your help!

General poor tune and incorrect configuration.

Idle control settings all messed up

What type of IACV is fitted on the Subaru engines?

I dont have an IACV for now and my tuner tune it in knowing this. Can you be more specific about the bad config? thanks

Help me out a little here as I'm unfamiliar with the engine and how your configuration is being applied to it. So here are a few questions.

Is this a normally aspirated engine, or have you installed a turbo or supercharger?
Does it have a plenum and single throttle or have you installed Individual throttle bodies?
Are the cams standard profile?
Inlet and exhaust cam target table has zero in idle region with a rather steep ramp to 50, 70 and 80. Is this normal for this type of control?
Why is RPM/ MAP MAP table configured with 10% at 10kpa ramping to 110% at 110kpa? Why have this at all when main VE table is TPS and no turbocharger? Why have VE table as TPS anyway..... Big cams/ ITB's?

In my opinion warm up enrichments are too rich and VE table needs smoothing out ( just look at the 3D VE map, lots of rows of valley's and peak's).
