Configuration upload

Hi all
I have a problem when I upload a configuration file to table a and b.( I dont have a configuration switch)

After uploading its all fine and works well and if i switch off  the ignition for a short time the ecu will still have the uploaded configuration file.

But after leaving the car for a week or 2 I have to reload the the file as the ecu keeps forgetting it

Can anyone help?
