Missing v3.3 board "parts"?

It's seems i have something missing. It was lost i think by previous user. Also i didn't care too much too. The problem is that next week visiting tuner which gonna update my current setup, also fix some problems. So before that wanna buy "that" missing part (if possible) and inform tuner also.

it says C78. Can anybody provide more info regarding this "part"?

C78 on a v3.3 board is a 10uF capacitor which is part of the filter for the analog 5V circuit.
