Hi,

I have started with ETC control, configuration used all initial data from help however it is not working.

Physically actuator is powered when I turn on ECU it blip a little bit. I have set PPS & PPS2 with proper values, TPS & TPS2 too.
All seems to be working however actuator is not moving and also I see no movement in ETC PWM DC gauge of ETC group view.
I also don't hear any high frequency noise however when I touch the actuator i feel vibrations.

My actual config file:

did you set safty output ch?

Hi,

No. Power is going directly from the switch however the fact is that I didn't try to enable "Saftey Output".
Maybe it is blocked by software.
I should see ETC DutyCycle altering based on pedal movement even when actuator is disconnected ...  at least I suppose.

Also I realize now that I share here wrong/old config file so this is correct:

Yes guys, you are right. That high frequency PWM signal has started immediately when I chose some output for security relay.

Now I have another issue. That throttle is so responsive really hard for slow movements. Now I will need to deal with/simulate operation that Stock S62 have. I have seen that this engine is using IAC valve for first 10 - 15 % of throttle or better to say  of PPS. However it might be better to discus within new subject.
