The problem with the primary trigger and the cam sync
« on: June 27, 2016, 08:02:57 pm »
Sorry for the spelling but I use the translator

Hello,
I have a problem with which I struggle more than half a year and it is still wrong.
Namely, the problem lies in the fact that vems bad reads the primary trigger join .triggerlog.

https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B7Xsn5gvpP5IUzN0NDdwWmU4YzQ
There is also .vems cfg if I could ask you to check.
I would add that the car is moving but by what's happening I can not dress properly and additionally a lot of smoke.

The sensor (VR) has been replaced with a new one but it did not help so I looked for a Hall sensor and is now just to halla computer is soldered jumper on the halla and removed C103, wires from the primary and secondary trigger are screened and the screen soldered to ground from the computer and mass hooked under the cover of the valve.
The sensor takes the signal from the flywheel the gearbox.
Could there be a system broken?
Idling is a problem reading the primary and secondary trigger a turn at higher only see secondary 18.3s in .triggerlog.

Please help because I already hands fall

Yours and I'm counting on your help

first, make a log when you are cranking engine, with injectors disconected, or select bigger speed on comunication settings, because 19200 baud rate is too slow to display all the data. from what I seen there is no errors or something ;)

I changed the speed 57600 and performance of the link.
I have no idea because the ignition falls by these problems and I can not detect the fault.
Could this be your fault?

So the cables are shielded. The signal takes from the flywheel and flywheel with a Mercedes sprinter. (Manual transmission)

The sensor changed to HALL
