no RPM activation flag

it's kind of disappointing that there is no flag for the rpm activation output, we have a sr20ve running 2 vvl solenoids one is wired to misc2 and that has an flag to monitor if it turns on or not, but the other one is wired to RPM Activation output, and there is a no way to monitor that
