Weird lambda LSU 4.2 problem

Hi, first post from long time lurker  ;D

I have this weird lambda sensor problem

The sensor won't start, even after heating up, work around is to stop the engine when its warm and restart, then the sensor it works fine
When the engine is cold, its always like this
When the engine is warm, sometimes the sensor starts directly

I have tried at least 3 sensors
Checked all cables
Calibrated it, again and again
All VEMS values seems ok, have compared with others config
Latest VEMS Tune version (tried a lot of versions)
Latest FW(tried a lot of versions)
Hardware is V3.6

Anyone ever heard of something like this?

Could it be VEMS hardware related?

I get the same. generaly it only starts working after engine is warm and I turn the car off and on.  I was wondering if it wasn't warming itself up like it does when you calibrate it.
