Big problem and really would need to solve this quickly: Porsche 911 Carrera (964), all works well but ignition angle does not match the table. Firmware is 1.2.32, been using this firmware for ages with many different cars without any problems. What could cause this?

MWfire

usually bad config like clt/map ign table wrong, also anytrim tables activated ...

PeepPaadam

Checked all of them, all configured corrrectly, no knock control active too...

Will upload config later with log too.

Reviewed the cfg file again (sent by customer) and the CLT/MAP ign adjust had retard degrees though MAP was set to 320kpa at all cells. It shouldn't be active at all with this combination but after filling the table to all zeroes customer reported that the problem went away.

Hope that was the case. Thanks anyway!

Check the guage group called 'calc model' in there you can see whats being added and subtracted.

VEMS

Hello Peep,

Please supply triggerlog and vemslog of engine cranking 8-10 seconds without ign and inj fuses and make a report describing your observations (like expecting advance x, but seeing with timing light advance y-z) so i can review (the actual data).

Best regards, Dave
