Setting up knock sensors properly?
« on: December 21, 2015, 03:12:11 am »
Hey fellows!

I remember back in the days when i fiddled with VEMS in my friends Audi (i5) we had a whole lot of problems trying to figure out how to set the knock sensor up and how to read it properly.

I will be running a V8 with two knocksensors, one placed between 2-3 and one between 6-7.

Any advice regarding this will be helpfull, if there allready is a guide for this that i havnt found, please link me.

Thanks!
Tommy

No problem per say, not right now... I was more hoping that this feature had been developed since i last tried to get it to work so you can understand the signals..

I did some more research after my post and found among other the link you sent me, i will also manufacture a knock listener to confirm with so i have everything under control.
