Logging pre- and post intercooler temps+pressure

Customer wants to log pre-turbo, pre and post-intercooler temps and pressure using VAG MAP+MAT combo sensors (VAG code 038 906 051 J). I have used these sensors as primary MAP/MAT and understand that the MAP part can be used in analog inputs but what about NTC MAT part?

Also is Analog input multiplexer usable with them if inputs run out (wants launch too)? http://vems.hu/download/InputDrivers/inpmux/AnalogInputMultiplexer.pdf

Any ideas, hints?

just add pullup to +5V resistor(2.49kohm).
