Flyback testing

Hi.

I have problem with idle, as i stated in topic about my car.

I couldn't find instructions how to measure tvs diode.
Can it be done with dmm?

Here is a picture of a scope view of injector wire between resistor and vems (circuit component order: relay-fuse-injector-resistor-vems).



I am wondering is the voltage spike too high? 48.3V

flyback diode is 30V+2*0.7V+resistance of diode. So normal is 14.4V+30V+2*0.7V=45.8V+resistance, so that voltage is normal.
