Hey there. My cars been under the knife for four years ands now it's finally running. Now that I'm in the tuning portion of the build I've come to realize I'm still very new in go fast builds to say the least. Anyway I'm running;
12v vr6
288 cams
Bullseye s366 turbo
ID2000 injectors
Arp hardware throughout
Stock bottom end and trans with a twin disc

I have a base tune but I'm looking to get about 600awhp and fairly certain the cars capable of it,is their shops that can remote tune or does it require a Dyno just wondering cause dyno's are few and far between around here or if anyone could shoot me some pointers then I could play around with my computer.

You need a dyno for proper tuning. Yes, it can be done with remote desktop.

Kamuto

you don't need a dyno. just run a conservative timing map and add extra boost on the street.  save the timing for when u can get on one
