Hello all,

I read somewhere a fellow member has successfully used an Arduino HC05/06 on the ISPI port. I've been searching all around & it sounds doable. It will be great if it can be done. I will actually 'freevthe serial port connection on EC18, less wires, more flexibility  8)

Actually that's the post I was referring to which gave me the idea.  ;D
I am a little bit skeptic, so more details will be appreciated.
I am going to try that in all cases. Fingers crossed  ;D

Did it just work right away? Just wired Vcc,GND, Tx, Rx and worked?
Does the board provide the Vcc or did you power it from an external source?
I am going to open it up by next weekend and hook it up

You have to setup baud rate on hc06 before it will work with vems
