hello,
i have 2000 golf GTI 1.8T and i will be using e85 fuel so i just wanted to upgrade my injectors with ID 2000. (i have 1.2.10 firmware btw)
i am not very familiar with the bigger injectors so i want to ask you guys if my setup is accurate or not.
in ID's web site , it shows 2000cc 's slope is actually 2225cc @ 3 bar.
stock 1.8T has 81mm piston bore , but i've upgraded them with 82.5mm...stil stock stroke (86.4mm). according to my calculation it becomes ~1847cc
so my req fuel would be ; 6.49 * (1847/4/2225) = 6.49 * 0.207 = 1.3ms
i set the injector dead time table as what the image shows above.
8v 1455us
10v 950us
12v 680us
14v 495us
16v 375us
1)are these values are always correct and accurate which ID give ?
2)i was using 870cc siemens injectors before and i was using them at 1.05 lambda (~15.5afr) while cruising for fuel economy. are these big injectors can do the same or should i use them
more rich while cruising ?
3)how does the accel. enrichment table calculated ? should i set it after VE table set properly or before ? any starting values you can suggest ?
4)these are my settings. any mistake or missing thing you guys can suggest ?
Thank you very much in advance.
