The EGT safety funktionality is a cool Thing but...
...I think it would be useful to use two Trigger points for safety functions.
For example:
first EGT Trigger value - just add fuel % per temperature
second EGT Trigger value - lower boost/boost and DC
so you have the ability to use a real Exhaust gas temperature control like motronic
For example, you reach 940° C - add fuel... you still reach a higher EGT like 970° C - lower boost (still adding fuel)
