Mcp3208 probably fried, but why?
« on: August 03, 2015, 03:25:55 pm »

I installed a fuel pressure like in the above picture. The 5V is supplied bij VEMS 5V output(EC36 28). It worked fine for a couple of hours, but somehow something has gone wrong and the value fluctuates a lot and so is the EGT input.

Is the way I installed the sensor the cause of the malfunction and if so what have I done wrong?

Did you use sensor ground? If not, that is a problem. You fried mcp during cranking.
