finally solved it!!!!

added capacitor on lm output to get wider signal for scope logged it and finally found reason what caused my trigger errors :)

vr signal in this one was lowered 10x on scope so hard to see zero crossing

sometimes between trigger tooths it were small zero crosing waves in trigger signal what made lm1815 to trigger



secondary picture is with 2.7k pulldown resistor installed on primary trigger and r30 75k so these small wawes are no more zero crossing
