I have Vems 3.3.
This has connection a first one to trigger and for a second.
I have connected both.
How I can form the parameters? they can work simultaneous?
It would thank for aid enormously.
  Best regards.

I would always setup the car to run on the VR trigger first firing the injectors in sequence and using the dual_out setup to run wasted spark if you are using coil on plugs.  If you are running standard Ford EDIS coil pack then there is no point in going for cam sync.
Then I'd introduce the secondary hall trigger, a typically good trigger value would be 25 (19 in Hex) inserted in the box marked: TODO! should be 0x02 when disabled!

Which will give you:
Active  - Enabled
Edge - Rising
Edge while cranking - Single
Filtering - Disabled
Type - Coil-type
Use - Cam sync
