V8 COP WASTED SPARK with 4 ignition outputs

How can I use 4 ignition outputs for 8 cop wasted spark like mega squirt 2 can do with 4 outputs? I only have 4 logic 5v outputs in the vems. How would I set the trigger settings? I do not want to use dual output mode and think there should be a way to do this.

Hello Turbols1,

Just wire two coils, which fire 360 crank degrees apart, to one ignition output and select the proper firing order/setup the proper output sequence in "Base setup->Ignition outputs visual"
Make sure to confirm your timing and firing order with timing light.

I am using 8 cop coils so i cant use only 2 coils. I need to wire all 8 and was thinking of running the paired cylinders for each output.

Thats what i ment, paired cylinders (two coils on one VEMS ignition output pin) of course using 4 outputs total = 8 cop coils.

Ok, here is what i cam up with.

1+6 to pin 35
8+5 to pin 11
7+4 to pin36
2+3 to pin 33

this is what it looks like now and need to change it. since imusing only 4 ouputs can i make it a 4 cylinder firing order ?
