I picked a VEMS econo seal ECU second hand and im trying to convert it so that i can run my factory AAN crank and cam sensors. my ECU is a V3.7 board and i have the most current firmware installed.

what i've done so far.
-added the second LM1815
-opened SJ2 and closed SJ6
-shorted SJ7
-added the zener diode to JP1
-added the 2K7 resistor to R248
-removed the 0ohm resistor on the bottom of the board and placed the NPN transistor in its place
-tied SJ4 on the second LM1815 to pin 8 for 5V+
-tied EC18-12 to the second LM1815 through JP20

i get nothing at all in the triggerlog for starters. i started back tracing the primary trigger with a jimstim and and the signal seems to stop a R56 which is open at the moment. im not sure if R56 is supposed to have a resistor there or not, i have looked at pictures of other ECU's and they have a 183 resistor.

i wanted to attach my vemscfg but the forum wont let me.
