Vemstune android COM problem

I cannot get my samsung galaxy3 to communicate with Vems box.

Laptop with vemstune connects and runs fine via bluetooth to vems.
Samsung galaxy3 with vemstune runs fine via bluetooth to vems on AIM protocol.
Samsung galaxy3 with vemstune cannot connect via bluetooth to vems on V3 triggerframe protocol. Vemstune just writes "CONNECTING...." on top of screen, and nothing more happens.
The bluetooth module LED blinks 2 times and then pauses 2 sec. For the bluetooth to be in a connected state it must blink 3 times. When using AIM the bluetooth module blinks 3 times.

Seems to be software error in vemstune for android, as my Laptop works fine with vems over same bluetooth module.

I use the latest version of vemstune for android which I downloaded yestoday
Vems runs 1.2.23

This connecting' problem seems to be an underlying issue.

I've yet to try the latest version of the android ap to see if I can connect at all!....

Tried installing older vemsdisplay 20-12-2012.
Same problem as latest version. Connects fine via AIM but on V3 protocol just keeps writing "Connecting..." and nothing happens.
My Laptop with vemstune works fine with same bluetooth module and Vems.

The newest version that work for me is 2012-12-20

Initial testing on my side is positive using (HTC one X, Android 4.2.2) and Vems Display 2014-03-24 (http://www.vems.hu/download/android/?f=VemsDisplay-2014-03-24.apk).
No connection problems, using both AIM and TriggerFrame mode. Therefore it must be dependent on a certain subset or combination of Phone/Android version or other.

The phone is Samsung galaxy S3. The phone is not updated to Kit-Kat.
Only AIM works with that phone. (see initial post)
V3 does not work.

My conclusion so far is that it must be contained to a certain Android (or <=) version then, we will run some more tests in that area.

My Samsung galaxy note3 ver 4.3 works with triggerframe V3 protocol over same BT as the galaxy S3 I tested.
But my galaxy S3 does not work with triggerframe.
