new VT 2014.01.08 dev release

I found the new VT version  2014.01.08 much improved more stable and much faster for the grahics. It offers equally new tuning options with respect to the new fw.

The help menu as well is updated. For example the Idle Control PiD help gives some more useful information about the integral action of the PID control of the IAC.
(I still have some concerns/questions about the management of the integral, but this is an old matter )
The trim inputs are well explained, even if I still hope we will be able to trim IACref from an input control source (eg.A/C on) as it is done on the weber ecu my 1987 ;)
