Wheelspeed for PnP VEMS Audi 3B

I'm trying to implement the wheel speed of my 91 Audi 200 to my PnP ecu. The speedometer signal looks like it's pulled up around 10v from the factory.  Can VEMS use this signal without any modifications or do I need to divide the input?

Does anyone have any documentation on adding wheels speed to an Audi using factory equipment?  Wiring and setting would be awesome!
