17 Point coolant table?

Wondering how to get useable values for the coolant sensor table...

I mapped out my sensor from 0-100 deg C ever 5 deg I recorded the ohms but when I went to put it into VEMSTune I noticed the coolant sensor curve was for 0-5V... anyone know what to do for that?

In table (not in 2D graph) you will find resistance for each cell.
