What exactly was reason? Camsync or amplitude at missing tooth? Can't be both.

The main reason might be the cam sync. I have not tried to run the engine without cam sync and filter. I will do this tonight, as the car is still missing the number plates and is not really blending in among other cars here in Sweden.

When is the optimal timing for the cam sync signal? I am aiming to go back to full sequential ignition and obviously I need to either modify my cam sync wheel or alter the lower settings in the secondary settings window.

A final comment on this issue. It was definitely the cam sync that was causing my missfires and now the filter is disconnected and the engine is running fine without trigger faults or missfires.
