Thanks! I'll try when I get home today.. I already ordered some spare lm1815 from mouser, so should have those soon.

What does vcc stand for? I was lookin at a vems board schematic earlier and kept seeing that and pin 8 on the diagram u jut posted says vcc also

Well I have 5v at pin 8 with ignition on, when I crank the engine with the starter it goes to 0v. I'm not really sure what I'm looking for here to determine if it is infact bad.
