Bumping this topic.

I need to implement a 2nd wideband on customer car, anyone has photo of where to connect 2nd WBo2 wires other than heater which is obvious (EC18 pin17)?

Thanks a lot!

Thanks! But where to route the wires on the board itself from the assigned EC18 pins? Namely EC18 pin 1 and EC18 pin 8?

Make sure the "usual" analog inputs are removed from those pins first, then install the second TO220 WBO2 FET in the last empty space if it's not already populated.  There may be a couple of SMT resistors to install or change  depending on ECU spec.  I don't recall having to add wires to my board to get the second WB channel to work, but it was 18 months ago now and I've not got a great memory.

I should have some notes so will dig them out, and I may even have written it up on my WIKI page.

Reviving the topic. Noticed the requirement for R30 to be = ohm (jumpered), yet this resistor is supposed to have 4k7 and more value when following trigger hardware assembly procedure?

Here's the WBO2 2 checklist:
HEATER2◦1k R120
◦10k R119
◦Q14

•NERNST_CELL2◦D43
◦10k R143
◦270k R124
◦75k R103 this component is deliberately left out from v3.2, so this channel can be used as a x1 amplification (voltage-follow mode) NBO2 channel.
◦10k R125
◦0.1 uF C83
◦10k R137
◦0.22uF C62
◦1M R139

•PUMP2+
• See PUMP1Filt: R55,C87◦10k R140
◦4x 100k R28, R31, R33, R34
◦510 R29
◦0 R30
◦0.22uF C22

Here's the link to input trigger assembly where R30 pullup seems sort of important: http://www.vems.hu/wiki/index.php?page=GenBoard%2FManual%2FInputTriggerHardWare

I have had to remove it on some installs or change the value but never short it. Is there a conflict? Is R30 in WBO2 instructions a mistake?
