Wheelspeed sensor?
« on: March 18, 2011, 12:05:08 pm »
Hi
Is it possible to connect a wheelspeed sensor to the keyboard input on VEMS box.
The box is ordered with PS2 keyboard option but in Vemstune there is no menu (speed sensor) at Base Setup for calibrating it.
FW is 1.1.81
But if I open a base configfile 1.1.88 there is this menu.
What to do?

OK if I understod right I must select non PS2 FW in the menu "Tools/Firmware/Firmware upload" when I upload new FW.
To get the option for calibrating speed sensor.
Am I right?

So ..I have another one stupid question about it..

Is there anybody, who have worked VSS with 12V HALL sensor  ..??

Now I have small board with 2x2k7 resistor zener diode and 100n cap, like this http://www.vems.hu/wiki/index.php?page=InputTrigger/WheelSpeed

But I can't find anybody, who will assure me, YES IT WORK ON 12V HALL or, don't do this, you will be damage your processor
