i'll order them at work in the morning,
planning on getting the injectors fitted this weekend, and if the diodes arrive fit that too.
if not that can be done one evening.

well diodes arrived,
(not fitted yet)

but this weekend we got on with removing the injection system, and fitting the new injectors etc,
Trial fit, to check fittment.


New Bosch 440cc's 42lb/hr Motorsport Injectors and fuel rail fitted,


Trumpet base and plenum top reffitted,


A few minor things left to connect up, but it got too cold round the garage this evening (-2 on the car thermometer)

i'll do a datalog this weekend coming mate,
as David (DNB) wants a a datalog to check over to see how the new settings are behaving.

out of curiosity, you recon if i can get a log done this weekend we may have news before next weekend? (8/9 march) i just had a look at my downloaded config we did the weekend from the ecu and it meant nowt to me  ??? :o

David has a couple of datalogs taken this month along with my present .msq and i have the current config from last weekend from the ecu? will these do to get the ball rolling?
if so i can add links here for you to download for the wiki to try and sort this fuel correction fault out,,

the car is well wet now as its pissing down ere, and she dont get wet that often, once or twice a year maybe  :'(

Seems to be everything...

The summary is that ego correction still isn't working, and the car is running rich.  Approximately lambda 0.9 when it should be lambda 1.

i diod notice today when i drove it it was a bit stuttery, but think thats where we need to set the injector times now aint it David for the bigger injectors

Yes - the differences that are left will be taken out with the VE table

so we dont need to adjust it then mate?
had to reconfig the tps today as where had the plenum off was only getting 94 throttle in MT thats back to 100% but had to change closed and open values, that wont upset enrichments or anything will it?
