p259 chip in web store?

So, I can't find the p259 chip in the web shop.  I accidentally crossed the wires for the radiator fan and now all p250 channels are dead except for 5 (I thought that was weird) because the fuel pump still works.

Anyway, the store is being dumb.  Where do I order the chip?
