Flyback Wiring

Hello,

I have vems unit with no engine harness. How do I now that there is flyback diodes inside my Case? Can I directly connect the flyback wire to pin 23?

I don't have the units configuration paper. I have only the unit.

You can connect - it is safe way.
If you face with heavy idle mixture control problems, then check diode presence inside ECU.
