Help...VemsTune connection problem

I have a problem with the ecu connection, I cannot upload the firmware.. The ecu goes offline when I goes to Firmware upload.
The problem was on PL-2303 usb to serial adapter, then I tried uploading from another laptop which has built in serial port, I got same issue.



As above the ecu is online

When I click on firmware upload I get this screen



then the ecu goes offline as below



What is going on? How to solve that?
