Weak (5V) signal on no 3 coil

I seem to have found the culprit in my high boost misfire on LS2 coils on Audi AAN. All the coils except no. 3 has 12V trigger. No. 3 measures 5V or so with the scope. I Measured while the car was idling. I also seem to remember reading something in that line somewhere.... but my memory fails me. Is there a setting I can change to rectify the situation? Maybe use a stepper driver for one only - although I have no idea how to go about it at this stage. Or should I rather put a power amplifier or positive triggering TCi unit on that line to drive the no. 3 coil trigger? Maybe something like that is available from VEMS shop?
