I did notice that the fuel pump relay doesn't work, but i tought the relay died. I have also noticed that injector #1 is getting  about 0.12 volts as soon  as the ignition is on, without cranking.

so now check p259 TPIC6A259DW  http://shop.vems.hu/catalog/addressable-latch-special-purpose-only-p-56.html outputs, if it doesn't works remove it and you get rpm again, better to use stepper output for fuel relay and tach.
if that one in red circle is hot, that means p259 output chip are dead.

well, it worked for a few seconds, engine almost started. i tried cranking again for a few times and is reading rpm just from time to time...  ??? also, lcd screen is flickering and shows weird information, this was the same before i removed the output chip, but worked fine before this whole mess...
